These KIBRA ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of KIBRA in biological samples. KIBRA is an alias of the human WWC1 gene, which encodes the protein, WW and C2 domain containing 1. Notably, KIBRA is known to play a role in cell migration and the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The WWC1 protein is 1113 amino acid residues in length and 125.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in mammary epithelial cells and breast cancer cell lines. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include HBEBP3 and HBEBP36.
There are KIBRA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.1 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
