Reliable CD25 for Activated T Cells

Although none of the T cell activation markers is perfect, we needed to at least have reliable antibodies to stain for such markers. CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha) is one of the important markers of T cell activation. It is also used in T-reg identification.
