These SADA ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of SADA in biological samples. SADA is an alias of the human BRSK2 gene, which encodes the protein, BR serine/threonine kinase 2. Notably, SADA is known to play a role in cytoskeleton organization and neuronal development, among other functions. The BRSK2 protein is 736 amino acid residues in length and 81.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 6 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the ER and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in pancreas islets. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include C11orf7, PEN11B, and SAD-A. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
