These ARTD4 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ARTD4 in biological samples. ARTD4 is an alias of the human PARP4 gene, which encodes the protein, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 4. Notably, ARTD4 is known to play a role in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other functions. The PARP4 protein is described to be 1724 amino acid residues in length and 192.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be widely expressed, the highest levels are in the kidney; also detected in heart, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, spleen, leukocytes and pancreas. Other names for this target antigen include ADPRTL1 and PARPL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
