Anti-RHOGDI-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RHOGDI-1 is a known alias name of the protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor alpha, encoded by the ARHGDIA gene in humans. This 204-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of apoptosis and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RHOGDI-1 include GDIA1, HEL-S-47e, and NPHS8. Western Blot is the most common application for the RHOGDI-1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
