Anti-LIN10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LIN10 is a known alias name of the protein amyloid beta precursor protein binding family A member 1, encoded by the APBA1 gene in humans. This 837-amino acid residue protein is believed to be a function in synaptic vesicle exocytosis by binding to Munc18-1, an essential component of the synaptic vesicle exocytotic machinery. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Indicated applications for LIN10 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
