Anti-TSPY10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein testis specific protein Y-linked 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 308 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) protein family, TSPY10 is suspected to be involved in sperm differentiation and proliferation. Synonyms for this target antigen include Cancer/testis antigen 78, Testis-specific Y-encoded protein 1, Testis-specific Y-encoded protein 3, and testis-specific Y-encoded protein 10. Some TSPY10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
