Anti-TBC1D32 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TBC1 domain family member 32. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1257 amino acid residues and a mass of 144.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. TBC1D32 is known to be required for high-level Shh responses in the developing neural tube. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein broad-minded and broad-minded homolog. TBC1D32 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TBC1D32 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
