Anti-RRP15 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribosomal RNA processing 15 homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 282 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.5 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the RRP15 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA0507, RRP15-like protein, ribosomal RNA-processing protein 15, and CGI-115. RRP15 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the RRP15 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
