Anti-EPH receptor B2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene EPHB2 in humans. The gene may also be known as BDPLT22, CAPB, DRT, EK5, ephrin type-B receptor 2, and EPH-like kinase 5. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 117.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
