Anti-Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene EIF4A3 in humans. The gene may also be known as DDX48, Fal1, MUK34, NMP265, eukaryotic initiation factor 4A-III, and ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX48. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 46.9 kilodaltons in mass. The EIF4A3 marker can be used to identify T Follicular Helper Cells.* Based on gene name, plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
