Anti-TFB2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TFB2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GTF2H4 gene, which encodes general transcription factor IIH subunit 4. This protein is known to function in DNA repair and transcription by RNA polymerase II, among other biological roles. The human version of TFB2 has a canonical amino acid length of 462 residues and a protein mass of 52.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include P52 and TFIIH. Indicated applications for TFB2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
