Anti-WGG1 Antibody Products

Anti-WGG1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target WGG1 is a known alias name of the protein TSR2 ribosome maturation factor, encoded by the TSR2 gene in humans. This 191-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in 20S pre-rRNA processing. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.

The S-RMab® Tau (pT217) IVD antibody pair (Capture S0B3533; Detector S0B3059) provides a powerful solution for Alzheimer’s disease research and clinical diagnostics. Developed using AntBio’s proprietary Single B-Cell and recombinant technologies, these antibodies demonstrate superior affinity, minimal batch variability, and outstanding stability for precise detection of Tau phosphorylated at threonine-217—a key neurodegenerative biomarker. Ideal for ELISA, CLIA, and other immunodiagnostic ...
  • KRAS Related Products

KRAS is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers, playing a critical role in tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. Mutations such as KRAS G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D are commonly observed in lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, making KRAS a high-value but historically challenging drug target. TargetMol provides KRAS-related products, including a comprehensive range of small-molecule inhibitors, biochemical tools, and research reagents designed to ...

  • Reliable Western Blot Detection of Mitochondrial Glutamate Carrier GC1 in Mouse Astrocytes

We used this antibody to detect the mitochondrial glutamate carrier GC1 (SLC25A22) in immunomagnetically isolated astrocytes from adult mouse prefrontal cortex. The antibody generated clear and reproducible bands with minimal background and was well suited for quantitative Western blot analysis of mitochondrial transporter expression.
  • Cost Effective ER Marker Antibody

We are interested in understanding the function of a endososome-localized enzyme and use this anti-Calreticulin antibody as ER marker to validate its subcellular localization not to be in ER. Using sucrose gradient centrifugation and western blotting, we are able to show the enzyme not present in the Calreticulin- fraction.
