Anti-PKU2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PKU2 is a known alias name of the protein quinoid dihydropteridine reductase, encoded by the QDPR gene in humans. This 244-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze the conversion of quinonoid dihydrobiopterin into tetrahydrobiopterin. It is reported to be expressed in the hippocampus, colon, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. Other synonyms for PKU2 include DHPR, DHPR, and HDHPR. Indicated applications for PKU2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
