Anti-TSH2B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TSH2B is a known alias name of the protein H2B clustered histone 1, encoded by the H2BC1 gene in humans. This 127-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Histone H2B protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features methylated, ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be mainly expressed in the testis, and the corresponding protein is also present in mature sperm. Indicated applications for TSH2B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
