Anti-TRM5 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRM5 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRMT5 gene, which encodes tRNA methyltransferase 5. This protein is known to be involved in mitochondrial tRNA methylation. The human version of TRM5 has a canonical amino acid length of 509 residues and a protein mass of 58.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. TRM5 is a member of the TRM5/TYW2 protein family. Indicated applications for TRM5 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
