Anti-TCBP49 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TCBP49 antigen is another term for the human protein reticulocalbin 2, encoded by the RCN2 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 317 residues and a mass of 36.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The TCBP49 protein is a member of the CREC protein family. Other alias names for TCBP49 include E6BP, ERC-55, and ERC55.
