Anti-SCAF10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SCAF10 is a known alias name of the protein peptidylprolyl isomerase G, encoded by the PPIG gene in humans. This 754-amino acid residue protein is a reported PPIase that catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and may therefore assist protein folding. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for SCAF10 include CARS-Cyp and CYP. Western Blot is the most common application for the SCAF10 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
