Anti-TCF11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TCF11 is a known alias name of the protein NFE2 like bZIP transcription factor 1, encoded by the NFE2L1 gene in humans. This 772-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and cholesterol metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features N-glycosylated, ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for TCF11 include LCR-F1, LCR-F1, and NRF-1. Indicated applications for TCF11 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
