Anti-SAZD antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SAZD antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TBL3 gene, which encodes transducin beta like 3. This protein is known to be a part of the small subunit (SSU) processome, first precursor of the small eukaryotic ribosomal subunit. The human version of SAZD has a canonical amino acid length of 808 residues and a protein mass of 89 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate and cerebellum. This target antigen may also be known as UTP13.
