Anti-RPA5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPA5 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase I and III subunit C, encoded by the POLR1C gene in humans. This 346-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Archaeal Rpo3/eukaryotic RPB3 RNA polymerase subunit protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Other synonyms for RPA5 include AC40, HLD11, and RPA39. Western Blot is the most common application for the RPA5 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
