Anti-RNS3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RNS3 is a known alias name of the protein ribonuclease A family member 3, encoded by the RNASE3 gene in humans. This 160-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemotaxis and innate immune responses, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the bone marrow. Other synonyms for RNS3 include ECP, ECP, and RAF1. Indicated applications for RNS3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
