Anti-PR52 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PR52 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPP2R2C gene, which encodes protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit Bgamma. The human version of PR52 has a canonical amino acid length of 447 residues and a protein mass of 51.5 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include B55-GAMMA, B55gamma, and IMYPNO. Western Blot is the most common application for the PR52 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
