Anti-PABP3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PABP3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PABPC3 gene, which encodes poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 3. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of PABP3 has a canonical amino acid length of 631 residues and a protein mass of 70 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis. PABP3 is a member of the Polyadenylate-binding protein type-1 protein family. Indicated applications for PABP3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
