Anti-PO-GA antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PO-GA is a known alias name of the protein replication factor C subunit 1, encoded by the RFC1 gene in humans. This 1148-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA repair and DNA replication, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for PO-GA include A1, CANVAS, and MHCBFB. Indicated applications for PO-GA antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
