Anti-Nesp1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Nesp1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SYNE1 gene, which encodes spectrin repeat containing nuclear envelope protein 1. This protein is known to function in Golgi organization and muscle cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Nesp1 has a canonical amino acid length of 8797 residues and a protein mass of 1011.1 kilodaltons, although 12 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include 8B, AMC3, and AMCM. Indicated applications for Nesp1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
