Anti-PR65A antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene PPP2R1A, or 'protein phosphatase 2 scaffold subunit Aalpha' in humans. The 589-amino acid protein is a member of the Phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit A family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic, nuclear and membrane-associated.
