Anti-NTPDase-3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NTPDase-3 is a known alias name of the protein ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 3, encoded by the ENTPD3 gene in humans. This 529-amino acid residue protein is known to have a threefold preference for the hydrolysis of ATP over ADP. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in adult brain, pancreas, spleen and prostate. Other synonyms for NTPDase-3 include CD39L3, HB6, and NTPDase-3. Indicated applications for NTPDase-3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
