Anti-NOD8 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NOD8 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NLRP10 gene, which encodes NLR family pyrin domain containing 10. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and inflammatory response pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of NOD8 has a canonical amino acid length of 655 residues and a protein mass of 75 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells. NOD8 is a member of the NLRP protein family. Indicated applications for NOD8 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
