Anti-PPP1R35 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 35. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 253 amino acid residues and a mass of 28 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the adrenal gland and breast. It is a member of the PPP1R35 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UPF0683 protein C7orf47. PPP1R35 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some PPP1R35 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
