Anti-MTW1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MTW1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MIS12 gene, which encodes MIS12 kinetochore complex component. This protein is known to function in cell division, among other biological roles. The human version of MTW1 has a canonical amino acid length of 205 residues and a protein mass of 24.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the chromosomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. MTW1 is a member of the Mis12 protein family. Indicated applications for MTW1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
