Anti-NDPK-D Antibody Products

Anti-NDPK-D antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NDPK-D antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NME4 gene, which encodes NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 4. This protein is known to function in the metabolism of lipids and protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of NDPK-D has a canonical amino acid length of 187 residues and a protein mass of 20.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include NM23H4 and nm23-H4. Western Blot is the most common application for the NDPK-D antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
