Anti-CT78 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CT78 is a known alias name of the protein testis specific protein Y-linked 1, encoded by the TSPY1 gene in humans. This 308-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in sperm differentiation and proliferation. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in testicular tissues. Indicated applications for CT78 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
