Anti-HTRP-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HTRP-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRPC1 gene, which encodes transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 1. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions, among other biological roles. The human version of HTRP-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 793 residues and a protein mass of 91.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as HTRP-1. Indicated applications for HTRP-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
