Anti-GNT3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GNT3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MGAT3 gene, which encodes beta-1,4-mannosyl-glycoprotein 4-beta-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase. This protein is known to function in the response to oxidative stress and protein localization, among other biological roles. The human version of GNT3 has a canonical amino acid length of 533 residues and a protein mass of 61.3 kilodaltons.
