Anti-GLUTX antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GLUTX is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 2 member 9, encoded by the SLC2A9 gene in humans. This 540-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, salivary gland, kidney, fallopian tube, and adrenal gland. Indicated applications for GLUTX antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
