Anti-CCA1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CCA1 is a known alias name of the protein tRNA nucleotidyl transferase 1, encoded by the TRNT1 gene in humans. This 434-amino acid residue protein is a member of the TRNA nucleotidyltransferase/poly(A) polymerase protein family. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. Some CCA1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation.
