Anti-DPR2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DPR2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DACT2 gene, which encodes dishevelled binding antagonist of beta catenin 2. This protein is known to function in hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of DPR2 has a canonical amino acid length of 774 residues and a protein mass of 82.7 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. DPR2 is a member of the Dapper protein family.
