Anti-EPNR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EPNR is a known alias name of the protein clathrin interactor 1, encoded by the CLINT1 gene in humans. This 625-amino acid residue protein is known to bind to membranes enriched in phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2). It is localized to the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed at low to intermediate levels. Other synonyms for EPNR include CLINT, ENTH, and EPN4. Indicated applications for EPNR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
