Anti-DNHBL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DNHBL is a known alias name of the protein dynein axonemal heavy chain 11, encoded by the DNAH11 gene in humans. This 4516-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Dynein heavy chain protein family. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in airway ciliated epithelial cells. Other synonyms for DNHBL include CILD7, DNAHBL, and DNAHC11.
