Anti-CBTF antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CBTF antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ILF3 gene, which encodes interleukin enhancer binding factor 3. This protein is known to function in viral immune response and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of CBTF has a canonical amino acid length of 894 residues and a protein mass of 95.3 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as DRBF. Indicated applications for CBTF antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
