Anti-FAM34A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FAM34A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LPGAT1 gene, which encodes lysophosphatidylglycerol acyltransferase 1. This protein is known to be a lysophospholipid acyltransferase involved in fatty acyl chain remodeling of glycerophospholipids in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane (By similarity). The human version of FAM34A has a canonical amino acid length of 370 residues and a protein mass of 43.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells. This target antigen may also be known as FAM34A1. Indicated applications for FAM34A antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
