Anti-DK antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DK antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DOLK gene, which encodes dolichol kinase. This protein is known to function in protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of DK has a canonical amino acid length of 538 residues and a protein mass of 59.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells. Other names for this target antigen include CDG1M and DK1. Indicated applications for DK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
