Anti-bHLHe34 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target bHLHe34 is a known alias name of the protein transcription factor EC, encoded by the TFEC gene in humans. This 347-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcriptional regulator that acts as a repressor or an activator. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is noted to be expressed moderately in spleen, kidney, bone marrow, small intestine and leukocytes. Other synonyms for bHLHe34 include TCFEC, TFEC-L, and TFECL. Indicated applications for bHLHe34 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
