Anti-DLTET Antibody Products

Anti-DLTET antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DLTET antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KCNRG gene, which encodes potassium channel regulator. This protein is known to function in protein oligomerization, among other biological roles. The human version of DLTET has a canonical amino acid length of 272 residues and a protein mass of 31 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells.

  • KRAS Related Products

KRAS is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers, playing a critical role in tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. Mutations such as KRAS G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D are commonly observed in lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, making KRAS a high-value but historically challenging drug target. TargetMol provides KRAS-related products, including a comprehensive range of small-molecule inhibitors, biochemical tools, and research reagents designed to ...

  • Clear Postsynaptic Puncta Labeling for GABAergic Synapse Analysis

We used this antibody to detect inhibitory postsynaptic structures in mouse prefrontal cortex. The antibody produced well-defined Gephyrin-positive puncta with good contrast and consistent staining across tissue samples. Combined with VGAT labeling, it was suitable for quantitative analysis of GABAergic synaptic marker pairs in relation to individual astrocyte territories.
  • Reliable VGAT Puncta Detection for Quantitative Analysis of Inhibitory Synapses

We used this antibody to visualize inhibitory presynaptic terminals in mouse prefrontal cortex. The antibody produced distinct punctate staining that was well suited for high-resolution confocal imaging and quantitative 3D analysis. In combination with Gephyrin immunostaining, it allowed us to identify closely associated pre- and postsynaptic markers of GABAergic synapses within individual astrocyte territories.
