Anti-FCGR1A Antibody Products

Anti-FCGR1A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Fc gamma receptor Ia. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 374 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to have monocyte/macrophage specific expression. A member of the FCGR1 protein family, FCGR1A is a high affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Post-translational modifications have been described, including phosphorylation and glycosylation. The FCGR1A marker can be used to identify Hofbauer Cells (HC).* Synonyms for this target antigen include CD64A, FCG1, FCGR1, FCRI, FcgammaRI, IGFR1, high affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I, and CD64. FCGR1A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and bovine species.
