Anti-DUBA4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DUBA4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the OTUD3 gene, which encodes OTU deubiquitinase 3. This protein is known to function in protein deubiquitination and protein stabilization, among other biological roles. The human version of DUBA4 has a canonical amino acid length of 398 residues and a protein mass of 45.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast, vagina, and adipose tissue. This target antigen may also be known as OTU domain-containing protein 3.
