Anti-5Ht7 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene HTR7, or '5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 7' in humans. The 479-amino acid protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
