Anti-BACTS2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the BACTS2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CISH gene, which encodes cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein. This protein is known to function in intracellular signal transduction and protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of BACTS2 has a canonical amino acid length of 258 residues and a protein mass of 28.7 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CIS. Indicated applications for BACTS2 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
