Anti-Cxc3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Cxc3 antigen is another term for the human protein C-X3-C motif chemokine ligand 1, encoded by the CX3CL1 gene. The protein is a reported chemokine that acts as a ligand for both CX3CR1 and integrins ITGAV:ITGB3 and ITGA4:ITGB1. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 397 residues and a mass of 42.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. It is reported to be expressed in the seminal plasma, endometrial fluid and follicular fluid. The Cxc3 protein is a member of the Intercrine delta protein family. Other alias names for Cxc3 include ABCD-3 and C3Xkine. Western Blot is a widely used application for the Cxc3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
